DESCRIPTION Inspired by and produced in conjunction with the over 100 year old tradition, and contender for largest Rodeo in the world, The Snake River Stampede in Nampa, Idaho. Aged for 4 years in first fill Bourbon barrels and 6 months in Oloroso sherry barrels; this whiskey was created to pay homage to the Great American Cowboy.
TASTING NOTES Very smooth, sweet caramel and cherry notes with a light approachable palate. It is best enjoyed around an open fire and under the stars in the sky.
Mash Bill 10% rye, 80% corn, and 10% malted barley
